Eligibility Criteria for SoFED Recruitment :
Manager (Procurement, Supply Chain & General Management): MBA from a recognized university. Experience in supply chain/rural product administration preferred. Computer and MS Office knowledge required.
Programme Manager (Audits): Chartered Accountant qualification with relevant audit/finance experience. Computer proficiency required.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Madhyamik/Higher Secondary or equivalent qualification.
Insurance Medical Officer: MBBS (Allopathy). Must be a permanent resident of Tripura.
Pharmacist: Higher Secondary (Science) with Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy.
Peon: Class VIII pass with basic reading and writing ability in Bengali and English.
Bishnupriya Manipuri Language Translator: Graduate with strong knowledge of Bishnupriya Manipuri language. Translation experience preferred.
Manipuri Language Translator: Graduate with proficiency in Manipuri language. Translation experience preferred.
Chakma Language Translator: Graduate with working knowledge of Chakma language. Translation experience preferred.
L.D. Assistant: Graduate with diploma/degree in computer applications.
Enumerator: Bachelor’s degree (Statistics/Economics/Mathematics/Sociology preferred) or Agriculture with relevant subjects. Basic computer knowledge required.
Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): Class VIII pass (UR) or Class V pass (SC/ST/PwD) with experience preferred.
Driver (Agriculture Department): Madhyamik pass with valid commercial driving license.
IT Assistant: B.E/B.Tech in Computer/IT or MCA with software/MIS experience.
Neurologist: DM/DRNB in Neurology with professional experience.
Speech Therapist: Bachelor’s degree in Speech & Hearing with relevant experience.
District Coordinator: Postgraduate degree in Social Science/Public Health. Community work experience preferred.
Financial Management & Accounting Expert: BBA/MBA (Finance) or M.Com with finance/accounting experience.
MIS Expert: Degree in Computer Science/IT/Electronics or MCA/BCA with relevant experience.
IEC Expert: Finance/management background with communication/project experience.
Engineering Expert: B.Tech in Civil/Public Health Engineering.
Cluster MIS/Finance/IT Specialists: B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA or Finance degree with professional experience in MIS, IT systems, or financial management.
Office Assistant (TSIC): Graduate with computer diploma and office administration experience.
District Coordinator (Tribal Welfare): Master’s degree in Social Science/Social Work with rural/tribal development experience.
Assistant FRA: Graduate in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Social Science with IT knowledge.
Senior Technical Officer (GIS): Postgraduate qualification in GIS/IT/Geo-informatics with GIS and remote sensing experience.
PA (Steno): Graduate with stenography and typing skills.
Accounts Assistant: Commerce graduate with accounting/software skills.
Retired Assistant Engineer (Civil): Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering with government service experience.
Junior Engineer (Electrical): B.Tech in Electronics/related engineering field with practical experience.

Bengali Typist: Graduate (Bengali medium) with Bengali typing/computer knowledge.
